"we" "our" or "us" or similar expressions means Self Fundraising Pty Limited and "you" and "your" and similar expressions means the user of or visitor to, this Webpage.

The "cause" means the non profit organisation listed on the Webpage.

Webpage means the page accompanying these terms and conditions dedicated to the Cause.

NATURE OF SERVICE

The service provided by us is to prepare the Webpage for the Cause with links to providers of goods and services who agree to pay to us a percentage of the amount paid for purchases of goods and services purchased through the Webpage. In turn we have agreed to pay a percentage of such amounts to the Cause. Similarly, we will pay to the Cause an agreed percentage of any payments received from advertisers on the Webpage. You acknowledge and agree that we and the Cause will receive a percentage of the value of purchases made through the Webpage.

All arrangements for the purchases of goods and services though the Webpage is solely a matter between you and the provider of the goods or services whose link or advertisement appears on the Webpage. Whilst we have selected providers of goods and services linked to, or advertising on this Webpage, in good faith we do not endorse or recommend any such providers and you should consider whether any goods or services provided are suitable for your purposes.

We are not the agent or representative of either the providers of goods or services or the Cause or otherwise affiliated with them and do not act for or on their behalf in any capacity.

  1. The selection of the providers of goods and services whose links or advertisements appear on this Webpage (the Vendors and Advertisers) are carried out in good faith by us.
